Absolutely. All communications, consultations, and services are 100% confidential. We will never share your personal information without your explicit consent. Our staff and volunteers are trained in confidentiality protocols, and our facilities are designed with your privacy and safety in mind.
Yes! We accept clothing, toiletries, non-perishable food, school supplies, and household items. Professional services (legal, medical, accounting) are also welcome as in-kind donations. Please contact us before dropping off items so we can ensure we have capacity to receive them.
85% of all donations go directly to program services. The remaining 15% covers essential administrative and fundraising costs. We publish an annual financial report and are independently audited each year.
You can donate online through our secure donation page, by phone at (240) 535-8731, by mail to our office address, or in person. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and checks. All donations are tax-deductible under our 501(c)(3) status
